Always wanted to be more eco friendly on that as well so made a test one from some scraps :)

That looks fab! What layers did you put in them?

How are you getting on with the tension on 'our' overlocker? I've not had a play since before Christmas! Maybe soon when we all stop being sick!

I put 3 layers of an old towel and a OBV top and PUL back :)

Its getting better on the tension, but still have some testing with different materials

That looks good. I've never made any but my advice would be to make sure that you don't have any rough stitching that could rub anywhere sensitive!

I am trying it on just to see how it feels and its really soft and comfy compared to disposible ones :yahoo:

When I used CSP, I found them much more comfortable than disposable ones. Have fun making them.

Did you do the pretty topstitch before you attached the PUL? I made my first one and quilted it all - at the end and of course had a leaky pad :doh: :loopy: :giggle:
