Walking and Bedtime...

OMG - PLEASE tell me it gets better again?!?!?

Since Isabelle took her first unaided steps bedtimes have been a farce!!!

She does her usual thing of tired, sleepy, give me milk etc but then when I go to put her in the cot either as I think asleep, or awake but sleepy... She gets up and starts jumping about in the cot going yayayayayayay!
She'll lie down if I tell her to but then gets straight back up again!!!

Saturday night it took over 2hours to get her to go to sleep...
Last night about 1.5 and tonight similar...

I'm sure it's just a phase but please tell me it gets better again!!!

Here's a tip! now she's walking, get her to walk up and down the front room (or any room really ) as many times as possible before popping her to bed

Should tire her out nicely

Actually funnily enough we did do that tonight (see post in Weds Chat) - let her walk home from the station and she was exhausted by the time she got home, and went to bed with very little complaints!!

Can't do a 30min walk every night at bedtime though...
