Dry pimply skin

Gracie has got dry pimply skin on her legs, back of her arms and her sides, we get diprobase on prescription which normally works but it doesn't appear to be helping this time, what do you guys suggest and where to I buy from

Sounds like Emi's skin at the mo, lots of dry pimply places, slightly red in some areas.
I use Cardiflor but have an app tomorrow at the docs so will see what she has to say.

Coconut oil is lovely Shea butter is nice too (thicker and ricker than the coconut oil)

We use shea butter here when the children get dry skin. Might try the coconut oil too though.
