Big hugs hun x x I know most people have said but I'll agree with the nap - If Dexter doesn't nap he wakes through the night wanting to get up and getting him to sleep is a nightmare x x

I know when RIley is being a madam and awake at around 3 - 4am, which a couple of days ago lasted for 2 hours I have a lazy-boy type chair and will settle myself in her room, so I can kind of nap. Would it be possible for you to set up a camp bed, so at least if she is awake you are at least still 'in bed' and resting?

Yeah agree with the others, the more sleep in the day the sounder ds sleeps at night. Ty goes down at 6 without a problem, he wakes between 6 - 6.30am. I then put him down at 10 where he can sleep anything from an hr n half to 3/4 hrs ( usually 1.5 hrs) is usually awake for lunch has a couple of hrs play and has a lil nap about 2ish usually only half hr - an hr ( on a school day or about an hr to hr n half on a wkened) and then bed at 6 again. Lunch at 12 if awake and tea anytime from 4 - 5 pending what im doin.
If lo got eating problems then it could be a lack of food to fill them up for sleepin, but not alot u could do with that till all is btter.
