Stairgates??

LIndam seem to be one of the top brands for safety gates, at least everywhere sells them I have the older style Lindam one at the bottom of the stairs, it has been there for about 4 years now and is still perfectly functioning and safe

£7.50 is a bargain!

Lindam are fab and yes - 7.50 is a bargain!

Also contact Sure Start, I don't know what the requirements are (ie benefits or anything) but I got a free stairgate and fire guard from them.
And we have both a Lindam and a Tippee Toes gate and they're both dandy

We use the lindam pressure fit gates couldnt be without them
