LO is not even a year old and we are experiencing some of it already. she's not throwing herself on the floor though, she usually sits down. If we try to console her and take her up she's pushing herself away. We finally pick her up and after few sec she is cuddling to us and crying fades away.

Sounds like she's hungry or tired, but without seeing her do it - it's hard to say for sure... Those are the usual reasons for tantrums in our house and if she's after milk all the time it really does sound like hunger... blood-sugar levels cause big mood swings...
Is there any particular time of day she does it? mid to late afternoon is worst for my girls...
Over/under stimulation too - hard one to judge...

Grace strops for a variety of reasons but they're worst when she's hungry or tired or both...
Sometimes when she's being a mardy bum though I plonk her in the cot for a second or two (somewhere soft to put her while she's flaling around) and then I can pick her up again with a better grip and can talk to her again... A few seconds (seriously) seems to be all she needs plonked somewhere at the moment...

Tyler is exactly the same and I have been considering buying a beanbag just to stick him on for a couple of seconds until he stops throwing himself around so I can talk to him! He is always a lot worse when he is hungry or tired but has also started having huge tantrums when I stop him doing something (usually dangerous )

I dont think its tiredness. Isobella sleeps 11/12 hours at night and then a long nap of upto 2 hours. She sometimes starts first thing in the morning. Today wasn't too bad actually just a few little strops.

I think she would be a lot happier if she could feed more boob wise but i am too shattered. She has about 8 feeds a day at the mo.

She can sign a few words but doesnt speak much so i am hoping when she does it will help.
