Teach Mick how to sling, feed Stanley before you go and everything will be fine I remember this feeling well first time I left DS for 1hr xxx

If you fed him before you went I'm sure he would be fine. It might make Mick feel like he is being really useful in letting you get some 'you' time. If Stanley got upset could Mick take him and Sophie for a walk with the pram or sling??? I know it is really hard , I hate leaving Evie now and she's 2.5!!

Its scary leaving your baby for the first time, but he'll be fine feed before you go, leave some EBM just in case (he probably won't need it, but its there if he does) and you'll be back before you know it! If he's unsettled, as others have said Mick can sling him or take him for a walk in the pram. You deserve some time to yourself now, enjoy yourself

If it were me I would take baby with me but I have no problems with in public at all. Feed him before you go and I'm sure he'll be fine. Like others have said if he starts to get a bit unsettled then Mick can always take him out in the pram.

Hmm i don't know. I can see this being one of those things that makes me not sleep at night with worry so i may cancel. Feel a bit bad as Mick is working 15 hours today just so he can do this for me. I have already turned down once in a lifetime concert tickets because i can't leave Stanley with my mum for 3 hours at the end of May

Aww I woud go. If he becomes really unsettled then Mick can always bring him to the hairdressers if necessary.

I would go. As others have said, feed him before you leave and he should be fine. And if he gets really distressed, your OH can bring him to you for a feed.
