10 month sleep regression

Does such thing exist or is it a myth to comfort suicidal mothers?

Its my last hope that Caoimhe will someday sleep for more than 2 hours at a time..or course she's been going through this regression for the last 8 months

A was like that too. Are you still ? I was, and got to the point I was so tired, I'd just bring her into our bed and feed her back to sleep. Thing is, she then started using me as a dummy/sleeping aid which didn't help anyone! I decided I'd had enough of waking 5-6 times (sometimes more!) every night after a few months, and just went cold turkey on night and sent dh in to comfort her instead. She slowly started to sleep better from around 14 months. She now sleeps at least 12 hours a night (sometimes more!)

I know it's hard (it nearly killed me!!), but it will pass. Lots of though, it's really hard to do much on little sleep
