Teapot cozy and bag

Here are two of the things I ve been working on. The bag is a bit scruffy but really pleased with my teapot cozy :widesmile:

Awwww love the cozy! Really need to do one for my pot too :giggle: :giggle: I don't think your bag looks scruffy!

The scruffy bits are where I ve joined in the round. I didn't quite get it right. Next time I ll figure it out!

Love the bag what pattern did you use as I've been making some and mine are all on the small size yours look just right.

@laceybat it's a free pattern from lions brand yarn

I increased too much by accident so it's a bit bigger than the pattern but I like it so you could do the same. Then added a few extra rows in height to compensate, then also made the strap longer by crocheting the 7 stitches back and forth till it was the length I wanted. Hmmmm it appears I moderated the pattern quite a bit :giggle:

I m a tea drinker rather than coffee, although not used this yet as it needs a good clean. It was my Grandads teapot who loved his proper northern tea and would only drink tea made with tea leaves. He died 2 years ago but they've just sold his house so I requested a teapot to remind me of him :love:
