it's by Dedri from the blog I've posted lots to! The problem I can see is that it is DK 4 mm so different from all the other we are doing which are all worsted / aran with 5mm so size will be weird!

So is everyone happy to do the one I posted about a page or so back as it is the largest from that set of squares and then we can use that as our gauge (Esther already said yes)? @girlinleeds @autumnalgirl @Bugglyboo @confusinglady

Nicola - have you started yet? :whip: (big stick getting sharpened :giggle: )

Arrrgghh I was just going to post it up as the first one for Feb but then looked at the pattern and it is actually written for DK / 4mm so wondering if that is why it is so much bigger and maybe we should leave it and do another? what do you all think, I do think it is really nice. This is what I was going to post:

Here is our first square for February - it is the Odyssey square which is apparently the biggest from the whole CAL that we have already done a square from and will no doubt do more. I thought if we do that now then it can be our size gauge for all our others :D

I think reading it she goes on to say that using a 4mm hook hers came out much smaller snyway.
I'm happy to give it a go.

Are you guys blocking as you go or will you do them all at the end? I've never done squares and never really blocked either!
