I bought chunky wool from aldi, not realising there chunky is actually like a super mega chunky. So my biggish granny squares have ended up about 50ish cm across!!
Because it's so thick I've decided it's going to be a throw for pips bed, will probable get 9 squares out of the stuff I've got, so a
I'm doing all the squares twice but the one with the snowflake I'm doing 3 times but each with a different snowflake on

Ohhh I really like that! Will have to have a look and get some yarn to start one, might be done for Christmas 2023 :hohoho: :hohoho: Good idea with the squares though, makes it so portable!

And it's finished its about 5ft x 5ft and I wasn't sure I'd like it but I love it. Have got shoulder ache though as it is very chunky Image

@clothmama it was a digital pattern from hobbycraft that I've tweaked a bit
It is actually square I had to be quick taking a photo as the cat was trying to sit on it
