We've used Jamie Oliver's 'get ahead gravy' recipe a few time - http://www.jamieoliver.com/magazine/rec ... head-gravy

It's great and you make it in advance, freeze it and defrost the night before.

We have chicken as we don't like Turkey. But also a veggie thing for me. With all the trimming. It's just the four of us this year.

We're having chicken too as it's just the 5 of us ;) much to hubby dismay as he wanted to get a massive Turkey :Doh:
But we're going away so I don't see the point in the extra work afterwards to freeze it all.

Large chicken here as there will be nine of us, but no one is a huge turkey fan. All the trimmings though.
