Chilli jam was pretty easy. I just followed Nigella's recipe and it looks fab when jarred up.

Mango season started recently, so I'll be buying a tray of mangoes to knock up some chutney with. Will post the recipe for that. It's a good one. :)

oooh it all sounds so yummy :D I'd love the recipe for caramelised onion chutney please, we've got loads of onions frm our garden :giggle:
