I'm guessing I'll do what I do every year and have wonderful ideas and great plans and then never have time to do any of it

That's pretty much what I'll be doing too, I think. Although really I should get my a*se in gear and get stuff done as I will hopefully have much more pressing matters to be dealing with and spending money on, come xmas.

I'm going to be making stuff, but I'm not going to start for ages yet. I'd be worried that if I started now, stuff wouldn't fit come Christmas - growth spurts! Guess I could start looking for patterns, though, to save time later.

I'll post some pics later, I had planned a gift a month but haven't managed yet...

I have started a crochet blanket for my mum - well, I started it a few days before we went on Holidays and haven't touched it since but it will be ready for Christmas!

I have made wee tooth fairy bags for the neices and nephews, and ouch pouches too, though I'm not sure they will like them (I was practising straight lines so made quite a few ) Ive made cinnamon sachets for me, so going with that idea for Christmas decorations for Mum and MIL and doing lots of felt too. My dad is getting a big lavendar scented ouch pouch and a set of hand warmers, possibly socks too as he has pretty poor circulation and is always cold. Mum will also get a shawl of some description.

My Goddaughter will be getting something daft made for her dog possibly a hat and she can have a matching one! I'm going to make bathbombs and soap then for whoever we get for the Secret Santa at the ILs, and I have a crayon roll ready for dhs Godson!
