What could an 18 month old make for g.parents?

What could I get Ed to make for his grandparents? He only has Grannies, no Grandads.
I would prefer to be crafty rather than cooking as he'll just eat it all.

I like presents to be handmade but am stuck for ideas with Ed.

salt dough decorations? get him to roll them cut them out and then bake them. once they are baked he can pain, glitter them etc. x

I'm so rubbish with arty things, but how about a hand/foot painted picture?
I'm sure Judith (lilmissaverage) did a lovely picture of a tree with hand prints

We did one of those for Daddy for Father's Day. I could do a Christmas tree though.
@g.murphy I honestly think that Ed would happily eat salt dough. There is no accounting for taste.

I just remembered one of the things I used to do. Paint pine cones and then cover them (and the house) in glitter.

for mothers day, we got a big piece of paper (a3) and covered it in hand and footprints, and then cut and stuck pics of stink throughout the last year on it too and popped it in a big frame. The grannies loved it. It had something crafty, and was a good way to give them pics of his development too
