Another quick Christmas gift for some family members!

It was remarkably easy:

250ml single cream
1 small tin of sweetened condensed milk (397g)
350ml whiskey (we actually used super cheap stuff and it still tastes great!
1tsp instant coffee granules
1tsp vanilla essence

Blend together - and it's done

Pour into sterilised bottles (we washed ours in the dishwasher on 90c and then dried them in the oven - making sure they were cool before decanting the liquor into them)

They will keep for 2 months in the fridge!!
