i just sit facing the toilet cistern with ds held in a squat position infront of me iyswim. He's changed his schedule a bit the last couple of days but i have just put him on when he starts passing wind and have still managed to avoid poopy nappies that way.you should give it a try, can't do any harm. If ds is going to do anything he does it within a minute or so, so its not like i hold him there for long waiting. If he doesn't do anything i just pop his nappy back on.
