I've got some now and it's ACE!!

Isabelle had a nasty rash and after using it for about 24hours the rash had practically vanished... lovely stuff...

It's amazing stuff... I do find after excessive use it does seem to dry her skin out - gets rid of the rash and inflamation and redness, but leaves it a bit dry...
