Esme has had a few bouts of nappy rash in the past, but a bit of bottom balm usually sorts it out fairly quickly. However, since she has been PT'ing, she only wears nappies at night, for naps and for car journeys now. However for some reason she now does not seem to be able to tolerate a nappy without getting a horrendous weeping rash (I'm guessing ammonia burns?) which are not clearing as they get worse as soon as she has another nappy on I've tried a few different organic balms (which help until she puts another nappy on!) and metonium, but it just won't clear, even with a disposable on at night!
Anyone else had experience of this or any other suggestions?
