Autumn has excema and her nappy line on her legs has flared up had her in sposies today and it's worse . Gonna try fitteds and wool tomorrow any other suggestions her skin is peeling

As much nappy free time as is possible. If it means the odd puddle, the air will do it the most good.

Agree try wool and other natural materials.

We use metamium cream overnight when bottom sore, so it's got a good barrier cream for all night in a wet nappy

If the more natural remedies aren't working, you could try Hydrocortisone. Hope it clears up soon.
