Food and mood diary

Postby littlesez » Mon Jun 18, 2012 5:09 am

back on the superfoods plan nothing to do with weight loss so probably in the wrong section. I am back to my old faithful book that have been turning to for years now so just wanting to keep a little diary to see if it helps.
10 superfoods are
Tomatoes, parsley, oats, honey, nuts, oily fish, Brocalli, figs, berries and avocado

no more junk and cannot live on just toast and crisps

Monday
Breakfast
sparkling mineral water
wholemeal toast with peanut butter

Good luck. I hope it helps. I may be following in your footsteps as I now can't take my anti d's so will definitely need to do something.

Good luck Sara. Sounds yummy, you'll be radiating well being before you know it :)

I just made a forum for you. I think we all need a bit of help with healthy food sometimes.

I am trying to get back on track with healthy eating too after spending the 1st trimester living on toast and rubbish, then finding it hard to get back into healthy eating again  so hopefully we can support each other? What I eat has a massive impact on my mood, no wonder I have been a grumpy, tired woman this past few weeks :loopy: Have planned out our meals for this week, and although they are not all super healthy, I am trying to slowly get back to eating well and getting plenty of fruit and vegetables, and going back to salad for lunch instead of relying on sandwiches!

Hope this change in diet really helps you

So do mood foods really work then? Are you feeling better yet :giggle:? I'm guessing it takes a while!

@littlesez will be interested to see if it helps with your nausea. Am trying desperately hard to stick to healthy foods but still feeling the need to eat carbs ie toast & crisps!
