Back on track for 2013

Well i am about 90% good at this healthy eating :giggle: but recently i have not been eating enough food and have been lazy with cooking. So getting back on track. Helps me if i write down what i eat so that i can kick myself up the bum

So today was'rt a great start as i slept through breakfast but god it felt good :widesmile:
I had a soya milk latte

Lunch was a huge salad Tuna, cous cous red pesto lettuce tomato cucumber
Cup of tea

Drinks were 1 coke and tons of water

tea was shepherds pie made with quorn

Will be having supper as i ate early with Izzy so i will probably have seconds :twisted: and then fruit

Sounds good. Better than my day, which included space raiders, peanuts and a kitkat!

that sounds like a really good day! (I have just eaten a snickers at work ....)

have you thought about adding some fruit as snacks ?

I do snack on fruit but usually at night yesterday I had 2 tangerines but normally I have more :)

Today I had a soya latte and a tea I need to eat breakfast I just really struggle with the heartburn I am having pizza and salad for lunch and tea is fajitas. Eating more than I have and feel a lot better for it just need to crack breakfast now :)

Today was good I had an apple and a latte. Lunch was tuna steak rice and veg. Had water and a black coffee. Then tea was stuffed peppers with salad and cous cous. Snacks have been a fruit and oat biscuit and some chocolate! Also had orange juice and will have fruit tonight :)

Massive improvement in mood and energy today I managed a long walk too an shattered now !
