Well i am about 90% good at this healthy eating but recently i have not been eating enough food and have been lazy with cooking. So getting back on track. Helps me if i write down what i eat so that i can kick myself up the bum
So today was'rt a great start as i slept through breakfast but god it felt good
I had a soya milk latte
Lunch was a huge salad Tuna, cous cous red pesto lettuce tomato cucumber
Cup of tea
Drinks were 1 coke and tons of water
tea was shepherds pie made with quorn
Will be having supper as i ate early with Izzy so i will probably have seconds and then fruit
