I have just heard about these and started them in the last week. Does anyone else have them for brekkie? I seem to have dropped a kilo since starting and feel like I have more energy already! Ours are more brown than green as I've been using lots of berries yum!
I have smoothies a few times a week for breakfast. I like strawberry, raspberry, kiwi and kale or banana, strawberries, spinach, beetroot, ginger and lemon.
