But you could eat the ingredients outside breakfast couldn't you?? And does eating really take THAT long?! Anyway...pleased its working for you all :) keep it up clothmama! X

I had a very green smoothie this morning! Almond milk, spinach, banana, kiwi, cinnamon and honey. Very yummy.

@clothmama I saw some frozen popsicle smoothies so that may work for when you are busy. Whizz up the night before then freeze -Image

These look great & a fab way to use up leftover greens. Wonder if I could persuade the girls to drink them too with their cereal/toast. Would be good for me on a low GI/diabetic diet with all the fibre too :)

That is a good idea Louise, I could maybe freeze a few days worth and get out night before to defrost. But then I wonder how much the nutrients would be effected?

Eleanor, as you know from our chat in Manchester about it I'm in the same boat and love them for the same reason! Did you ever go and see about your levels? I'm still avoiding it over 18 months on :oops: :oops:

I would say not much, frozen vegetables bought from the supermarket are said to have more nutritional value than fresh ones as the fresh ones can be hanging around for ages so I wouldn't think freezing for a couple of days will be a problem.
