I'm trying to reduce my carbs and have started using corgettes cut up finely instead of pasta. it takes ages with a knife but I'm sure I've read of a machine that can turn veg into pasta. Anyone know what it is called so I can look for one?

I don't know I just want my corgettes to be long and tiny and not have to do it with a knife!! Will go and look up those words!

Yes thinking that I could peel then slice which would be heaps quicker (why didn't I think of that ). Also just read a suggestion to use a julienne peeler which I have seen around but don't have one which would be a cheap option and I can mainly see my self doing corgettes so I think would work well (although the machines turn out cool veggies!)
