Ooh loads, cucumber, courgette, carrot, sweet potato, beetroot, onion, carrot, celeriac, broccoli stems, apples, pears. My current fave is raw carrot pasta with ginger, lime and peanut sauce.


I've also made waffles and burgers from the vegetable noodles. Yummy!
