Wasn't sure what category I should have put this in!
Anyway, I want to lose weight and do some charity runs eg muddy race for life.
I was wondering if the fitbit are good for helping me lose weight and also train a little bit. Are they really worth the money also :)
Don't want to spend £70-80 on 1 if it isn't that good! Thanks ladies :)

I feel it would be nice to have one but I just use an app to log calories and exercise, my net diary

I'm thinking of getting one of these. My best friend had one for Christmas so I'm going to have a look at that and see if I like it enough to buy one.

I've treated myself to one of these. I love love love it. It monitors your heart rate, activity, floors climbed, sleep, steps taken and distance travelled. Mine is set to 10,000 steps a day and it motivates me to do that little bit extra exercise to get to my daily target.
