Cheeky wipes - Bamboo or cotton?

I had cotton ones but now can only find about 3 of them but they have washed ok.i got them in 2009! I find them way too small and use cheap flannels instead!

I love my cheeky wipes they are brilliant and wash really well. We have cotton ones and microfibre for hands and faces. I love the smell of the oil and my dd hasn't ever had nappy rash either.
