Top tips for stripping nappies

What are your top tips for stripping nappies? My totsbots bamboozles say no vinegar on the label! Also BG suggest soaking them in bleach occasionally. Is this safe? Surely bleach damages nappies?

I wouldn't use vinegar or bleach on them to be honest, especially if they contain pul or elastic, flats such as prefolds and terries are ok though. To strip wash my nappies i normally do a quick rinse then do a normal 60 wash with a dishwasher tablet in the drum then a few rinses :) always does the job x

I normally wash 60 with detergent. Then no detergent:-
Rinse
Wash 60
Rinse
Wash 60
Rinse
Wash 40
Rinse
Rinse ( until no bubbles)
Then tumble dry or line dry depending on the weather.
