I didn't really want to post this but I had a big shock this morning and want to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else.
I went to put my nappies in the wash this morning and noticed one of them was still quite dirty so I took it upstairs to clean it out over the toilet - then I noticed something wiggling in it - had a (slightly) closer look, thinking my LO had worms but I think they were young maggots (where's the sick smilie when you need it)
The nappy had been in a bag that had got hidden under something else (from the weekend) and I think flies have got in and hatched really quickly with it being so warm.
I normally make sure the mucky ones get washed first so they're not sitting around but must have missed this one and I am so grossed out now! ewwwwwwwwwww
