Totsbots Potion

Postby Clare588 » Thu Jul 30, 2009 12:38 pm

I'm a newbie but have been hovering for a while! I have a 7 week old son who has been in real nappies from around a week (used up the Naturecare sposies that I'd bought for hospital then made the switch). I'm loving cloth and they are working well for LO but I'm still feeling some guilt over washing at 60 every other day. I'm not really convinced by eco-balls or soap nuts but have just been on the Tots Bots website and seen that they are launching a new laundry powder suitable for using at 30 with good eco-credentials! I am thinking of giving it a go and thought that others may be interested.

Will post my opinions when I've tried it.

Immediate concern is bag size as they only offer a 1kg bag (approx 15 washes) so will work out costly when you include the deliver charge.

would like to hear how it works, but tbh I can't see myself washing at less than 60 ever (apart from if I handwash on holiday) due to other probs in the nappy area and he reacts to non bio powder in that area too.
