How to get dirty white clothes clean????

Anyone having the perfect way? I just can't get Emi's white shirts, dresses, etc clean.
Things like tomato, chocolate etc leave marks that even Vanish doesn't get clean.

Ariel does it for me - soak in ariel first, then wash at 30 in Ariel...
Dunno if you get Ariel but it's the premium brand of biological powder detergent here...

Never ever wash stains at 60 as it cooks them in...

Which vanish did you use? The powder or the pink liquid? I don't rate the powder but I do rate the pink liquid...

Mmmm yes I use Ariel mostly, not this time though.
Will get a box again and soak all the white dirty ones

I have to bleach ds1's school shirts, it's the only way to get the stains out For all other stains I use Vanish liquid and a long 40 degree wash.

hmm may have to try ariel. my whites always look grey

I always swear by Persil, not tried Ariel for years though, I use the white tubs of powder Vanish and then the magic of the sun, even on a cloudy day That works magic on tomato stains and fruit stains particularly

Got all the dirty whites soaking in Ariel atm, will wash them tomorrowmorning. If it's dry and sunny I will line them up outside

Any stain always comes out with my fool proof method! I bought an Asda brand oxy stain spray, spray the stain then rub it with a vanish soap bar It works!!! Also add soda crystals to your Ariel in the wash!

The Vanish pink liquid (not the powder like Steph said ) and then a good, thorough wash at 40. I use Daz atm and have found the whites much brighter than with other detergents. Hanging them out in the sun too!
