Wahsing when theres fungal infections

Its been confirmed today my son has a fungal infection on his nappy area. His nappies are washed at 60 degrees but is that enough to clean them from the fungi? Or do i need to do anything else?

60c should be fine. That's all I ever did with fungal infections. I *think* that's the temperature hospitals wash at.
