Hello from a cloth newbie

Hello everyone!

I'm a newbie cloth user - and a part-time cloth user at the moment! A friend has pointed me to this website so I thought I'd give it a go.

I have a two-year-old daughter with whom I've been experimenting with cloth for the last couple of months. We love the pretty fluff but so far have found it rather unreliable and leaky compared with sposies!

However, I'm also pregnant with a little boy due in May and am determined to go the whole hog with him...so am here to observe and learn!

Well I have been having a whale of a time on Facebook swap groups I think I've finally found a solution for DD - TotsBots bamboozles (the old style) and wraps, they are plain but leak free! I was a bit scared of using wraps but I'm glad I tried! I now have some bamboozle stretches to try too so we'll see if they're just as good.

Now, what should I have in stock to try on a newborn? So far I have a couple of Little Lambs, an Itti and the TotsBots trial pack. They're all preloved as I can't afford much else. I also have some shaped terry nappies that I'm thinking of adding velcro to so that I can use them more easily, as I don't have the faintest idea what to do with nippas and pins!

Six weeks to go... what will I need in my stash by mid-May?!
