hello all,

have joined up to get some more advice and to buy more nappies  .

just last night used my new weenotion night notion for first time with wool longies! Success (mostly) though did have a wet patch on bed?! longie felt dry, figure that on waking DD weed heavy which wicked right through nappy and longie (she was lying on her tum). does this sound logical?!

to intro me and dd, i'm 1st time sahm to dd 8 months old now. she sleeps in her bed pushed up next to me with gaps filled with pillows. we use slings all the time and do cloth nappies (obviously!). still bf alongside blw (which madame is doing very slowly). my dp is away from home quite a lot so often just me and dd.

Lisa

Hi and welcome Lisa

Was the nappy sodden? There are 2 things you can try - you could try boosting the nappy a little to give a bit more absorbency or you could try lanolising again to make sure the wool is waterproof enough. Hope you don't get any damp patches again. And I look forward to chatting more soon :D
