Hello, its about time i introduced myself.

Hi

I must say that when I have a baby I have learned to just say, 'right, I give up for the next 6 months min' as I can't cope trying to run everything normally with a breast feeding LO in tow. I'm no super-woman and it just puts too much pressure on me (and therefore the whole family) if my expectations are too high! So I just resign myself to getting done what I can and rest assured that we will get back to normal one day!

Hope you fond ways of managing. Sling helped keep me sane!

Welcome to the tree Hope you find a way to run your home that works for you. I can sympathise... when dd2 was born dd1 was still in ft cloth so I was washing nappies everyday. It was hard & hardly any other washing got done but we managed for 6months till dd1 PT. The sling was a godsend for me too.

Sorry no advice here on how to juggle family life, we just muddled through and eventually it got a bit easier. I deemed it a successful day if the pots and clothes/nappies were washed and the kids were happy. Everything else could wait, they grow up so fast and so we just make the most of it and catch up with the housework later. xx
