Hello!

If they're smelling, you might need to 'strip' them which means getting all traces of detergent out. If you do a search there will be plenty of info on different ways of stripping nappies!

Best way to avoid it is to use very little laundry detergent, and add extra rinses to your cycle. Detergent residue reacts with urine and makes things a bit stinky!

Sometimes kids seem to grow out of nappies before they should, it just depends on their shape and size. But very often they will change shape and fit them again later on! It's a good reason to keep a few different types of nappy.

Hope that helps a wee bit!

Hello there

Welcome to the tree! There are loads of threads on all the different nappies - but if in doubt ask again!
Ive got loads of help from all the lovely mamas on here!

My personal favourite nappies are fitteds with wool covers! Very addictive too!
Might be worth trying a few off the classifieds before diving in with a whole new stash incase something doesn't suit you or your little one.
Looking forward to chatting :)
