I tried cloth nappies when my 14 month old was newborn, but his Dad was not supportive. I am now going to try them again and really persevere!
I have all the stuff I need it just comes down to my lack of confidence. I just need to give it a good try this time round
If he is still not getting it I would just do it anyway 
and then everytime you would have bought disposables put that money in a jar where he can see it building up xx
