Have closed up the front for the night - couldn't see anything when I went down so hoping they'll be a bit more visible tomorrow!

OK good news - there are 4 live chickens. Just gone out and she was off the nest with 3 chicks under her and 1 stuck behind the feeder. So I sorted out the broken shells and there was one who had got stuck trying to get out and hadn't made it . I then picked up the chicks and put them back in the nest and put her back on the remaining eggs - I'm not convinced though as they were pretty cold A bit sad as that means we only got 4 out of a possible 9 but haven't given up all hope yet. I sadly didn't have my phone so no pics. I did take a pic of the poor little one and opened the egg to see potentially what had happened but guessing you don't want to see that!
