Dyed my Sandys :D

Decided i didnt like the boring white of my PL XS Sandies and a bit of colour might freshen them up a bit. My first go at machine dying but they turned out really well.

I actually prefer the pink as i thought the green might have been a bit lighter but still pleased

I machine dyed all Darcy's old muslins the other week to freshen them up, and they are now a lovely turquoise colour and blue

It worked really well. IMHO a lighter shade is better as it seems to leave the stitching and tags white which is nice. The darker green i did has tinged the stitching and tag a slightly blue'ish colour. The pink nappies look like they were always pink iykwim but the green to me looks dyed (tho im sure no one who didnt know what Sandy's were would know)

I dyed my Sandys and the first time Kerr wore one it turned his bum blue

I think they look fab!
