Tights for use with real nappies

Our little girl is 6 weeks now and we have some dresses for her that we would like to wear with some tights. Problem is that the tights do not really work well with our nappies (fluffles, LL bamboo, Flip). They are just too small! We tried to go one size up, but then the legs are just ridiculously large. I have seen Frugi to tights. Are they any good? And are there any other brands that are cut4cloth and do tights. Looking around on here, I saw leg warmers recommended. Where can you get nice ones of those?

We don't use tights much here. I've always found Frugi ones to be very odd sizes too! Ms 6-12 months were really tiny, much smaller than her tights from Boden, Next etc. Rockathighs are good. I buy legwarmers from here and here. For a cheaper option try here.

It took me AGES to get the hang of tights!

They usually just need a good old stretch. Maybe not over a fluffle, but my dd wore dresses and tights most of the year for 2 years in cloth, and I bought her correct size (for leg not age - she was usually one size up cos is a big girl) and they fitted with no problems over her cloth bum.

I liked Mackays and Matalan tights, but also had some Markies, next and gap.

I just give them a good stretch Florrie always just wear's sainsbury's or Asda's tights in the right size even over wool.

We don't have any problems with tights tbh.
We use them quite successfully over wool too! I prefer mothercare's tights!

No problems with normal tights here either - Aaliyah has and wears tights from next, sainsburys, mothercare and bhs x

Normal tights here too I say normal but they are the odd ones where each leg is different so it looks like they have odd socks on
