My boys have been in cloth since birth. I haven't managed to sling them both. I know a few people who used a moby to carry both from birth but I couldn't stand upright when they were first born so it was a while before I felt able to carry one. I'm hoping to tandem carry using connectaas soon.

Congratulations on your twins, do you know what kind yet? I have a boy and a girl, they started in cloth at about 2 months, they spend the first month in hosp, then were just too small for things I was buying. But as long as you are organised it isnt any 'harder' than anything else you'll deal with having twins. The outlay is a lot more at the start obviously, but you don't need 'double or triple' the amount. i used to wash every day and a half, line dry then tumble to finish.

anyway any twin questions feel free to ask

Thank you all so much for replying!!!
im still quite nauseous so dont get much computer time!! im looking forward to that ending!
we used cloth with both our 4 and 2 yr old but i just dont know what kind is gonna be most suitable!
with my daughter she was in ME all the way through and that really worked for her but my son didnt take to them at all, so i sold them all and bought yoyu pockets which suited him better! i think ive got newborn stuff still but need to get into the vac pacs and see whats actually there!!!
how many nappies do i need? i've calculated the cost of monthly disposables for the twins and its about £110!!! so it would definetly make more sense to invest in more preloved fluff!!!
Help no idea really what im gonna be dealing with!!
We dont know whether boys or girls or combo cause we love a surprise!! but we do know they fraternal.
how was first week with them home?
is it manageable or will my bed seem a distant memory?
do i need a rocking chair? random suggestion i was given!

thanks so much ladies, sorry for the looooooooong post!!! its bedtime crazyness here and my husband calling me in as reinforcement!!!!
God bless you all and your babies

I probably bought 20 each at the begining, as for size I'd really wait until they arrive. So try and buy some size small, but be prepared to get some NB if they are small. My girl was in size small until probably 18 months.

how was first week with them home?

I was lucky/unlucky depending on how you see it, mine spent 4 weeks in hospital, so I managed to recover and get some sleep etc before they came home. And they came home on a lovely 4 hourly schedule! But it was SO tough, we didnt have family nearby and my DH travelled a lot, so I was on my own. Its hard, but I survived!

do i need a rocking chair? random suggestion i was given! I would get a comfy chair rather than a hard rocking chair. If you are planning for them to stay in the same room you'll probably spend a lot of time in there!
