I think the same is true for our home. I dont ask in sainbos where their cotton is imported from!! I think im only asking about nappies as we use them to try and reduce our environmental impacts lol! Silly isnt it

Goodness, Im not thinking of donning my detective hat and finding out the answers to all these questions!! I just wondered if people do or should take it into consideration when buying?

Would you pay £12 for a totsbots bamboo fitted where they are quite transparent about their sourcing and carbon footbrint, and maufacturing in the UK or would you buy a MKB nappy for £6.50 but know that they have been flown from china and uncertain of their manufacturing conditions.

Would you make an effort to find out?

I wouldnt make a massive difference to find out-not akin to the scale of research mentioned here-but yeah-i do prefer to use either uk products or wahm products ,but more to do with people keeping jobs here because people are finding it very tough with competition from cheap imports from places like china-but i guess that another thread altogether :laugh: i still stick by my original point that even those from china are still reusable though and better than sposies-especially if resold later xx
