Cjs Butter

This is cloth friendly right? so no need to line nappies when using it, so my question is I've seen it suggested to put vaseline on newborns bum to stop the meconium sticking and making cleaning their bum easier, could CJs be used in the same way?

I like to line nappies with washable liner as any creams or lotions can cause a build up. Liners are handy as they help avoid stains on nappies as well and help remove the majority or poop easily!
I never used Vaseline on my baba , I had a few different creams and although I haven't tried CJs I have heard its good. My baba didn't really get a red bit very often and would just put cream in as and when required really. X
