expect to receive? the old style BG Organic or the new style Elemental?
I placed an order for the BG trial pack which clearly stated it contained the BG Elemental, but what I received is the old style BG Organic, however after numerous emails and phone calls and shocking CS, they are saying that is what I ordered, then why on their site do they have a listing for BG Organics?? (the nappy I received that they are claiming is called an Elemental) their BG Organic is deeply discounted (because it's an old style and clearing stock) so why would I pay full price in the trial pack for one? I'm still waiting to hear back that they will send me a returns label, either way the whole trial kit is going back for a refund, it's whether I have to pay for the return shipping or not. I have to wait until tomorrow now to find out if they will send me a returns label as they've gone home for the day They reckon, that the new style is described on their site as the Elemental New, well I'm sure I'm not alone in finding this extremely misleading and confusing, I also think of those trying cloth for the first time and not knowing any different, and finding this nappy isn't for them because of the wicking issues when these have been addressed with the new style. I'm so mad, it wasn't the only error or problem with this order and reading some posts on their FB wall, I'm not alone with multiple errors on orders, but to receive such poor CS to try and rectify the problem is just not on. I won't ever be ordering from them again and will stick to where I've used before and know give good CS.

Where did you order from? Totally out of order and dont tuink you should pay postage. Did yiu pay by PayPal?

I dont actually 'get' what theyre trying to say. What the hell?! Id be fuming. Could you point them to the american bumgenius site pointing out what you've received. They shouldnt be authorised sellers of their product if they're swapping descriptions around to suit their needs. Hope you get it sorted out soon x

I would expect an elemental as well. I would contact BG direct highlighting the issues with the reseller. I think I now who you are talking about, if so they are known for bad cs.

I think it's disgusting that they are trying to push the blame on me, when every other retailer makes a clear distinction between the new and old styles by using the names they were originally released as, old style: BG Organic New style: Elemental. Who the heck would list BG Organic and BG Elemental as the same nappy and then have BG Elemental NEW, as the name of the latest release?!!
Like I said it isn't the only issue with this order (and I'm not the only one) but that would take a while to type out, I feel so mad like I want to write a letter to the company manager, but I fear I would be wasting my precious time.
Sunset- Thanks for the suggestion for contacting BG I think that's a good idea, I'd like to think they'd listen and not be happy their customers are being mislead. I wish I'd known this company have bad CS, I just want to get my refund and be shot of them I just don't like the way they are making out it's my error, hello anyone who knows cloth knows what nappy they expect, the terminology/names of products.
The company I am talking about is fluff heaven(babame) sure the 20% discount for RNW is awesome but not for the grief it's caused me.

Shocking CS but sadly I am not surprised. I thought it was Fluffheaven/Babame before I saw your second post. Their aftersales CS if there is a problem really is terrible. Hope you get it sorted out without too much more hassle.

Thanks Louise, wish I'd known and I'd never have gone near them, maybe we could have retailer review section? like The Babywearer does, they have a product review section (like here) but also a section to review the retailers, that way we could make each other aware of where gives fab service (have to say FunkyMonkeyPants and FYP have always been great) and where to avoid, no matter how good the deals are.
Still no email from them, so looks like I'm going to have to chase, which I don't really want to have to do if all they're go to say is it's my fault, think I'll email again before phoning.

yep shocking cs, took me 2 months to sort out an issue of them overcharging me last rnw. Finally got a refund for the difference and my extra nappy they forgot to send me but it was hard work and i had to send approx 15 emails!

Oh crap that doesn't sound good. I've just realised they are the european distributor for BG so top of the chain in UK, so am just typing an email to the US BG CS department.
