As for the cost, I guess it's like woven wraps. Some people choose basic simpler ones and some choose one of a kind £000's ones.

Absolutely! There are loads of WAHMs, some with very long waiting lists! M generally wears open back dresses and leg warmers with her ruffle nappies. (when its not too cold obviously!!) A lot of ours have removable ruffles so the nappies can be worn under leggings, tights etc too.
