Contacting nature babies

Im getting a bit irritated, this is the second time ive ordered from nature babies and theyve sent the wrong size wrap. Ive tried emailing and contacting through their fb page, but no reply for about a week now. They do have a phone number, but im a bit reluctant. Does anyone know the best way to contact them? Are they generally slow in their responce? Maybe im being impatient, I usually expect cs replies in 24-48hrs :oops:

I've found their customer service slow before as well. They did answer eventually though.

I've always backed up emails with a phone call - they usually respond pretty quickly if you don[t actually get through, and have to leave a voice message

I called eventually snd got a swift call back which I missed typically! I send a msg back but no reply..so ill see if tbey send methe misssing Iitem. At least I know they are contactable! I do love nbs, but there really is no excuse for such poor communication in this dayvand age tuttut!
