Are you up,down or in even?

Postby gilbertandmartha » Thu Dec 12, 2013 7:18 pm

Financially, compared to what you think you would have spent on Disposables?

I reckon i'm probably up, but not by hundereds. My biggest problem has been impulse buying and then selling a a bit of a loss. FOr example with Lola I bought lots of tots bots before she arrived because they were so fab on the toots. but i didn't realise how bad the minky ones would be. So had to sell 10 or so at a loss, but only a few dollars each. I think every time I've bought and sold on pretty quickly I've only lost a few $.

No idea!! When I buy disposables I buy eco ones so tgey are more expensive. It would be hard to buy several packets of those a week. Weve been through phases of not using cloth or only part time. Ive sold at a profit occasionally but also bought expensive nappies like bgs that didn't last or work well.

Dunno sorry!

I'm up, Asher had all of Isaiah's hand me downs and I sold nearly everything. Still in night nappies but hopefully not for too much longer.

I reckon up, I spend a fortune on Jasmine, including lots of customs, but hardly anything on Otis - maybe £90 - as he has used Jasmine's

I think we will be up, even with useing dipos at night. We've never really been into the expensive nappies and I bought a lot preloved, so I think we will have done quite well.

I think we'll be up overall. I've bought some different nappies for L as a small baby, because what I had with E didn't really work well but I soldiered on at the time as I couldn't afford to replace at the time. However, bigger sizes we have everything we'll need already.

I think I obviously would be VERY up if I hadn't of sold all the nappies after the toots thinking we wouldn't have another baby. But I also knew not to go overboard on anything, so I have been good apart from a couple random purchases.

Hmm...probably down at the moment BUT second squish hasn't arrived yet so I anticipate that after that point I'll be up. I remember newborn disposables being madly expensive when I looked last  (and the're rubs) x
