Anyone in the northeast who can repair nappies?

I have a large stash (24 size 1 and 25 size 2) of old lollipop bamboo fitted nappies.

The elastics have gone in most of them, so whilst they still work as shaped nappies with a good PUL cover, they could do with a bit of TLC.

Do any of you know of anyone in northeast England (I'm in Durham), who might be able to replace the elastics and re-stitch the odd Velcro tab?
