Hi Coco

You can wash at 40 or 60, if you have pockets or pul wraps they may stipulate 40. I cold rinse and then put on a wash cycle.
Stuffing wise mf on top (but not touching skin) bamboo then hemp. The silk are liners that can go next to skin and are good for irritated skin. Personally, I ditched the mf and just used bamboo as mf was not absorbant enough, especially for toddler wees.

I think that recommended temperature for nappies is 60ºC unless you use bio powder, in which case 40ºC is OK. I use ecoegg or ecoballs to wash myself, to prevent any powder buildup.

I have been washing mine at 60C, just piece of mind knowing there 100% germ free.
